The falling Evening Thoughts

You ask me about my

 salary.

I can spell it without choking

But be mindful of your tongue
While choosing the words
To remark on my form
When you sight how it is.

Because of you, I am waking up early
Walking miles, sacrificing the sleep.
Because of you, I have canteen phobia,
Shying away from my snackification time.
Because of you, I am drinking blunt tea
Without sugar and sometimes bitter coffee.
Because of you, I gave up my greatest weakness, the phaksha
Today, when I looked back
You directed me how I should be
When I had the full autonomy
And I became your full obedient cast.
Now, I will reverse and live
How the destiny wants.
I will eat, sleep and drink
Ap ko kya! 🤣🤣🤣

The door knocked AGAIN

Knock knock !  

The door of opportunities

Again KNOCKED. 

I don't know why I am here.

I didn't know if the roads 

To these doors were trodden or not 

But I was the sunfish,

I went where the current took me.

Yet astonishingly, 

Everything worked out well.

Nevertheless, the trade off remains

And the desire grows 

To transform into what I was not

And which others are living. 

Destiny, one says in gossip 

But to dream is not a fault. 

Now, I have many doors open 

And I am as confused as I was

In beginning, with many considerations. 

For I know not every knock 

On these doors will promise 

A good fortunes of wellness. 

Thus, let the current again decide 

The fate- the life I would be leading.
