A Heartfelt Congratulations to My Teacher, Mam Chado Dolma
It was she who taught me that a book is not merely to be read, but to be cherished, each page a garden and each line a treasure. The first volume she placed within my hands was The Prodigal Daughter by Jeffrey Archer. Little did I know that from those humble pages would spring a lifelong devotion to literature and language, a path that led me through my diploma, my degree, and at last my postgraduate studies.
What greater lesson did she bestow than this: that whatever one undertakes, let it be done with a whole heart. Such was her own example, for she gave herself freely and wholly to every student entrusted to her care.
On this joyful day, Tashi Delek, dear Mam. I offer you my deepest gratitude for being a light when my path was dim. Your kindness, your patience, and your faith in me are treasures beyond all earthly measure.
Though words may never repay the debt I owe, I pray that I may always walk in the light of your wisdom, carrying humanity, compassion, and honour in all that I do. If any goodness is found in me, know that a fair portion of it was first planted by your gentle hand.
May Heaven smile upon you always.
