གློག་བརྙན་འདི་ ཏྭ་ར་ཟེར་མི་ ཨམ་སྲུ་གཅིག་ སྲིད་དོན་མཁས་པ་ཅིག་གིས་ དགའ་མཐུན་གྱི་འབྲེལ་བ་བཞག་ཞིན་ན བཀོ་བཞག་བའི་ཤུལ་ལུ་ དགྲ་ལན་རྐྱབ་ནི་སྦེ་ སྲིད་ཚོགས་ནང་ བཅའ་མ་གཏོགས་ཏེ་ ཨུཏྟར་པྲ་ཌིཤ་གི་ བློན་པོ་གཙོ་འཛིན་སྦེ་ འབད་བའི་སྐོར་ལས་ཨིན་མས།

Stories amid wait

While it was a long wait for a trim, there was this lad -seemingly literate-who does not want to keep a distance. Guess, pandemic did not make his hair stand on end.  And I do not have this ‘one of those ’ traits to make him change his status quo. I backed.

Barber, on another side, just would not stop talking about American Team in China to source the pandemic, and China’s restriction. My God!  a barber. I was in two minds then-to do hair or leave? But I felt that there is no time like the present; so, I waited.

In a further wait, a man in his early fifties hypothetically correlates wasp to people’s richness.  He says to his peer that wasp can be found only in rich people’s houses. Coincidentally, the Tashi Commercial building, which is on the right side of the barber, had a wasp hanging from the windowpane. This man might have had a good night’s sleep. He got his hypothesis validated right away in front of his peer- a proud moment for him.

Before any more stories could unfurl, I had my hair done and left the place.
