One day, a man was drowning in the water.

ཉིནམ་གཅིག ཕོ་རྒྱ་ཅིག་ ཆུ་ནང་བྱིང་སྟེ་ཤི་ནི་འབདཝ་ད། 

And a boat came by and said,

གྲུ་ཅིག་འོང་སྟེ་  

“Do you need any help?”

ཁྱོད་ ཆ་རོགས་དགོ་ག? ཟེར་འདྲིཝ་ད།

He said, “No, thank you.

ཁོ་གིས་ མི་དགོ བཀའ་དྲིན་ཆེ།

God will save me”.

ང་ ལྷ་གིས་ སྲོག་སྐྱབས་མཛད་འོང་། ཟེར་སླབ་ནུག

And then another boat came by

ད་རུང་ གྲུ་གཞན་ཅིག་ འོང་སྟེ

Said, “Do you need any help?

ཁྱོད་ ཆ་རོགས་དགོ་ག? ཟེར་འདྲིཝ་ད།

He said, “No, thank you.

ཁོ་གིས་ མི་དོག་ བཀའ་དྲིན་ཆེ།

God will save me.”

ང་ ལྷ་གིས་ སྲོག་སྐྱབས་མཛད་འོང་། ཟེར་སླབ་ནུག

Then he drowned

དེ་ལས་ ཁོ་ཆུ་ནང་བྱིང་སྟེ་ཤི་ནུག

And went to heaven and he said

ཁོ་ ཞིང་ཁམས་ལུ་ འགྱོ་སྟེ་

“God, why didn’t you save me?”

ལྷ་ ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་ ང་ག་ཅི་སྦེ་ སྲོག་སྐྱབས་མ་མཛདཔ་སྨོ? ཟེར་འདྲིཝ་ད།

And the god said,

ལྷ་གིས་

“I sent you two boats, You DUMMY”.
